At Unclaimed Baggage, we want you to love your unique finds; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Pack your items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are still attached and the items are in their received condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund minus a small return shipping fee within 5-7 business days.
